  5. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese.
  6. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  7. Layer the cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, then spread a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles.
  8. Repeat the layers of meat sauce, noodles, and ricotta cheese until all the ingredients are used up.
  9. Top the lasagna with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
